General Contractor pulled out of building and Zaleski Properties finished building and fit outs. Entire building was rebuilt for $2.5M . Took a lot of patience. Was able to get a Permanent C. of O. without a heating system when detailed building envelope and restaurant uses. Manage the building to this day.
